Do you need help?

Our church is more than just a building with services. We are a community that supports everyone. Including you!

If you are currently in a challenging situation in life, we would like to offer you uncomplicated help. It doesn't matter whether you just have a question, are stuck in a dead end in life, or need support with something else. It doesn't matter to us whether you are a member of our church or not, we want to help. Choose a topic or just write to us and someone will contact you personally and confidentially to address your issue.

Our Beliefs

Leading a successful marriage, being a good head of the family and possibly raising children on top of that… few tasks are more challenging these days than this. That’s exactly why we’ve created an entire department dedicated to this topic. We can also recommend various events or resources on topics such as relationships and parenting, or put you in touch with someone who has been through a similar situation to you.

Do you have questions, don’t know who or what to trust? Is there even a God? Does a belief in God make any sense in the 21st century? You can either speak to a pastor personally, or exchange ideas with a member of staff at the Bible Study Institute via HopeCourses. Simply write what concerns you in the form and, depending on the topic, we will forward your request to the right person.

We Adventists often speak of the so-called “Twelve Doctors”. By this we mean natural factors around us that have a great influence on our health. These include, for example, nutrition, exercise in the fresh air, rest and balance. Some Seventh-day Adventist pastors have specific training in this area, our publishing house has countless books on nutrition, natural medicine and lifestyle and there are also a number of Adventist doctors we trust who we would be happy to refer you to.

We are convinced that Jesus can and wants to set you free. For some people, this happens from one day to the next. But some also experience a hard, ongoing struggle that can only be successful with Jesus. We would be happy to put you in touch with people who have also had to struggle with similar experiences and who can support you in your phase of life. A conversation is also good: we would be happy to refer you to therapists we trust.

Our pastors are more than just someone who gives a sermon in church. A key part of their work is pastoral care. If you are desperate, have worries and just want to talk to someone about it, we can offer you support. A pastor will try to get in touch with you and then you can make an appointment. You can also use our telephone counseling hotline (+49 711 988 09 009). You can find more information about this under the form.

For a long time, the subject of sexual violence was taboo. “What shouldn’t happen, can’t happen” – this attitude led to cover-ups, denials, and trivialization. We want to change that! As a person affected by sexual violence, as a relative or as a perpetrator, you are not alone. There are church counseling centers, associations, and state agencies (youth welfare offices) that take you seriously and support you.

You are valuable! Even if it doesn’t feel like that in some situations, God loves you unconditionally and wants you to be well. No matter what you are going through, you are not alone. Has someone very close to you died? Your relationship has ended and you don’t know what to do next? Are you thinking about suicide? We are here for you and want to help you because you are important to us!

You can reach us at any time using the contact form.
